The Australian Dental Foundation has continued its nationwide push to improve oral health awareness, handing out more than 500 tubes of toothpaste at Revesby Village Centre in New South Wales this week.
The giveaway forms part of the Foundation’s ongoing Brush for Good Month campaign, a national initiative aimed at promoting better oral hygiene habits and increasing access to essential dental products within local communities.
So far, the campaign has seen more than 10,000 tubes of toothpaste distributed across Australia, with community events taking place in multiple states throughout the month.
The Revesby event marked the Foundation’s fifth toothpaste giveaway for May, drawing strong community engagement and support from local shoppers and families throughout the day.
Representatives from the Australian Dental Foundation said the campaign is designed to make oral health education more accessible while encouraging Australians to prioritise simple daily habits such as brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
The Foundation is set to continue the campaign with two more community giveaways planned before the end of the month. The next event will take place in Adelaide on 29 May at Adelaide Railway Station, followed by another giveaway at Revesby Village Centre in New South Wales.
The Australian Dental Foundation is encouraging Australians to stay connected through its social media channels for updates on future toothpaste giveaways and oral health initiatives happening in communities nationwide.
